The Christie Centre has developed and implemented written policies and procedures to ensure we meet legal, financial, contractual, moral and ethical obligations necessary to provide a structured, safe and enjoyable service for our staff, volunteers, and ultimately the people in our care. As a result we have gained recognition and certification to the International Standard ISO 9001-2000 and National Disability Support Standards that demonstrate we are committed to the continual improvement of our services.

We are currently working towards another certification from the Department of Human Services based on Quality Framework indicators.
