People can access our day services following a referral from;
- Family or friends
- DHS
- Specialist School
- Futures for Young Adults
Process;
- Make an appointment with the Executive Officer to discuss support requirements / receive information about Christie Centre activities
- Request for support and funding allocation confirmed with Business Manager
- Complete enrolment and service contract forms
- Receive service information package
- Person receives personal timetable with details of costs/ times etc
- Given a handbook
- Relevant forms
- Referrals or links to relevant services
